Новацький Табір FAQ
Що це табір?
Новацький табір – це літній табір з нічлігом. Табір це невідємна частина пластової програми разом з щотижневими сходинами, святами, і прогульками.
Для кого?
Цей табір для новацтва – пластуни/пластунки віком 7-11 у початкові школі – з Сієтл і Портленд – що учащали в пластові програмі підчас шкільного року.
Коли?
Просимо привезти новацтво на оселю 9:00 четвер 6го травня і бути готові забрати своїх 12:00 неділю 9го травня 2026.
Як доїхати?
Просимо батьків зорганізувати транспорт для своїх.
Де відбувається табір?
Camp Lewis 27000 NE 147th Ave, Battle Ground, WA 98604. Це приблизно 3 години їзди від Толоки, та 45хв. від Портленд. Орендували кемпи “Ft. Cascades” та “Ft Simcoe”
Які умовини на спання?
Новацтво буде спати в кабінках на своїх власних матрацах і в власних спальних мішках з дому.
Хто буде готувати страви?
Просимо батьків записатися на один або більше днів дижуру (чергування) – тобто помагати при кухні і з господарськими справами. Дивітися реєстреційний емайл за деталами.
Що потрібно спакувати?
Ми опублікуємо список виряду як найскорше.

Інструкції на заяву
Число учасників обмежена. Tаборовники приймаються в порядку заповнення заяви. Прийняті учасники одержують “емейл прийняття” від Реєстрації. Реєстрація закривається 1го червня або скорше якщо табiр заповнеться.
- Цього року ми уживаємо електронну платформу CampDoc на таборову реєстрацію. Ті що вживали CampDoc минулого року повинні увійти їхній профайл. Прошу не відкривайте новий. Батьки повинні спочатку виповнити заяву на табір через CampDoc. Треба потиснути на “Registration” і вибрати на який табір ви хочете вислати дитину. Коли дитина буде прийнята, тоді батьки зможуть закінчити решта реєстрації на платформі. Всі заяви треба виповнити якнайскорше або до 1го червня.

- Коли ви закінчите заяву, ви також є зобовʼязані виповнити дві частини Health Profile – “Application & General Information”. Коли ви це зробите, аплікація дитини буде готова на перевірку.
Для чого є ця заяву?
Вона є створена, тому що усі станиці спочатку повинні дати дозвіл дитині їхати на табір. Вони підтвердять, що дитина є членом станиці, заплатила вкладку і бере активну участь в пластовій програмі під час року.
- ВСІ медичні форми будуть здані і виповнені електронно на платформі CampDoc. Так як згадано зверху, коли дитина буде прийнята, тоді батьків буде повідомлено і вони будуть зобовʼязані закінчити решта реєстрації на платформі. ВСІ медичні форми і Health Profile мусять бути здані на CampDoc до 15-го червня.
- Будемо принимати оплату (>$200) на PayPal (лінк буде незабаром) до 30го червня 2026. Прошу потиснути “None” і “Register” у “Payment” частині веб-сторінки.Прошу не посилати оплату аж доки ваша дитина принята на табір.

Plast Camp FAQ
What is a Novatskyi Tabir ?
A Novatskyi Tabir is an overnight summer camp. Camp is an essential part of the Plast program, along with weekly meetings, celebrations, and outings.
Who is it for?
This camp is for Novatstvo—Plast members (boys and girls) ages 7–11 in elementary school from Seattle and Portland who participated in the Plast program during the school year.
When is it?
Please drop off your child at camp at 9:00 AM on Thursday, May 6, and be ready to pick them up at 12:00 PM on Sunday, May 9, 2026.
How do we get there?
Parents are asked to arrange transportation for their children.
Where is the camp held?
Camp Lewis, 27000 NE 147th Ave, Battle Ground, WA 98604. This is approximately a 3-hour drive from Toloka and about 45 minutes from Portland. We have reserved the camps “Ft. Cascades” and “Ft. Simcoe.”
What are the sleeping arrangements?
Children will sleep in cabins on their own mattresses and in their own sleeping bags brought from home.
Who will prepare the meals?
Parents are asked to sign up for one or more kitchen duty shifts—helping with cooking and general camp tasks. Please see the registration email for details.
What does my child have to pack?
We will publish a packing list as soon as possible.

Instructions
Camper enrollment is limited. Applications will be considered in the order they were received. Accepted campers will receive an “acceptance email” from the Registration team. Registration will close June 1st or sooner if camps fill up to capacity.
- All Plast camp registrations will be handled through CampDoc. Those that used CampDoc in the past, should log into their existing profile. Do not create a new profile. Parents will need to complete an initial registration application for their children online by clicking on “Registration” and choosing the correct camp and completing the first few required items. Once accepted into camp, parents will be notified to proceed with the rest of the registration process. All registration applications should be completed as soon as possible but not later than June 1st.

- When you finish the initial application, you will also need to complete two sections of the Health Profile – “Application & General Information”. Once this is completed, your child’s application will be ready for review.
Why is there an Application process?
This is because the Stanytsi need to confirm that the child has permission to attend camp. They need to confirm that the child is in fact a member of their Plast branches, paid their membership dues and are active members in Plast activities during the year.
- All medical information and form will once again be submitted through CampDoc. As stated above, once your child is “accepted” to camp, parents will be notified to proceed with the remaining required items in the Health Profile. The CampDoc Health Profile and medical forms must be completed and uploaded in the platform by June15th.
- Payments will be accepted via PayPal (>$200, link forthcoming) by 30 June 2026. When you get to the “Payment” section please select “None” and “Register” on the lower right hand side. Please do not pay until your child is accepted.
